CHAMPIONS
8 week summer program for students 10 - 18 years of age

Through activities with horses, the participants will develop:

Creativity - learning problem-solving skills
Habits - breaking destructive habits and replacing them with healthy ones
Attitude - choosing happiness over bitterness and resentment
Motivation - accepting personal responsibility for relationships & success
Personality - recognizing personal personality strengths and growth areas
Impact - taking control of your life and future
Openness - learning to share your thoughts and feelings while respecting others
Negotiation - resolving conflict while managing your anger
Self-confidence - overcoming fear of failure and rejection

CHAMPIONS will runs for eight consecutive Mondays, March 18 - May 6, 2002. The last Monday is family day. CHAMPIONS will meet from 5:00 - 7:00 PM each Monday. Groups will be divided up by age (6 to 8 students per group). Their is a limited number of spots available. The cost is $360 per student ($45 p/week) for 8-weeks. A limited number of scholarships are available for those who qualify. Registration deadline is February 22, 2002.
